WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
- Strong understanding of front-end web technologies and great design sense
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related area
- At least two years of experience in software and web development, out of which at least a year of experience developing systems
- Knowledge of Attribution modelling, website speed optimisation, A/B testing, conversion management, sales journey optimisation, traffic analysis and reporting tools
- Design and develop highly dynamic and content rich web applications making use of the latest CMS platforms for E-Commerce and retail domains
- Designing experience on platforms like Webflow, WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, Unbounce, Leadpages, Shopify, Woocommerce
- Having experience in increasing Site speed
- Proven experience developing front-end applications using in jQuery, JavaScript, CSS3, and HTML5 design
- Good experiencing in Web API
- Should have thorough knowledge of current trends in visual design for web, mobile, desktop and tablet apps
- Proven experience in creating robust and reliable front-end application design
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)
- Great attitude, desire to learn, and ability to work in a challenging environment

Motion Graphic Designer
We are looking for a motion graphic artist who can create engaging video content for various channels. An ideal candidate should have a thorough understanding of animation techniques, and a keen eye for detail. They will be creating appealing video deliverables like corporate videos, eLearning, websites, marketing demos, etc. He/she should have the ability to visualise, create and animate graphics (2D & 3D), keeping in mind various forms of digital media.
So we expect the applicant to be well-grounded in scripting, storyboarding and sound design. Illustration skills are a plus. Besides regular 2D and 3D animations, experience in creating micro-interactions like screen transitions, button animations, parallax scrolling, etc. for apps and websites is needed.
Basic knowledge of UI is an added advantage. Require proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro/ Final Cut Pro, Adobe After Effects and Maya/ 3DS Max/ Cinema 4D. Skills in other software like Sketch, Adobe XD, Principle, Flinto and InVision is a requirement.

Key Skills Required
- Expert knowledge of Adobe After Effects, ideally with demonstrable experience in motion graphics.

- Good understanding of video formats, compression techniques, and format requirements/constraints, An artistic background with an extensive portfolio.
- A good understanding of the clients’ requirements, regarding the production and delivery of content, balancing time constraints whilst maintaining quality.
- Understanding brands and producing work of a suitable style, Proven experience with industry-standard plug-ins., Demonstrated understanding of animation and design principles Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Job Description
- Creative Design: produce and present original concepts and designs as directed; must be able to turn around projects quickly and efficiently without degrading quality
- Social Media: planning and execution of social media, including organizing cross-platform content strategies
- Design Strategy: work closely with stakeholders, as required, to help develop creative solutions to meet internal and external needs
- Branding: understanding of general brand aesthetic and creative design, stick to brand sensibility, regardless of project type
- Web Design: creating the design and layout of a website or web pages, should have superior user interface design skills. Ideal candidate will be able to translate high-level requirements into beautiful, intuitive, and functional designs.
- Regular projects include graphic design, digital ad campaigns, email campaigns, landing pages, web design, creating PPT, etc.
Eligibility
- BFA/BVA or Equivalent Degree or diploma holder in graphic design/Applied Art, digital marketing, advertising design or related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.)
- HTML, CSS, Responsive Web Design, creating wireframes, UI.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency with: Video editing, Adobe Premier / After Effects or similar, WordPress or similar.
- Advance knowledge in Microsoft word, PPT, etc.
- Great sense of design and enthusiasm, coupled with a strong work ethics.
Good to have
- Prior experience in or supporting Content and/or Social Media Marketing
